About Missouri City Pest Control

Missouri City Pest Control exists to make one thing easy. You have a pest problem, you would like somebody competent to deal with it, and you would like to know what it costs before anyone starts.

What we do

We take the call, work out what you have, and get an experienced local exterminator on it. That is the whole offer, and the reason it is worth something is that the first part is where most pest problems go wrong. A homeowner in Sienna sees a big brown roach and buys a fogger, which scatters a German roach colony into every room. A homeowner in Quail Valley hears something in the attic and puts down bait, and a poisoned roof rat dies in a wall for a month. A slab owner sees a swarm at the porch light, sprays the swarmers, and misses the Formosan colony that produced them. None of that is stupidity; it is what happens when the species is never identified.

What we will not tell you

We will not quote a number over the phone that we cannot stand behind after somebody has looked at the property. We will not promise that a fire ant yard can be made permanently fire-ant-free, because reproductive queens keep flying in from next door. We will not sell a maintenance plan before the termite inspection and the exclusion are done. And if what you actually need is a plumber, a foundation contractor, or a gutter cleaned, you will be told that, because moisture is the engine behind most of the pest pressure on the Gulf Coast.

The area

The work itself
